Strength & Cardio Classes

Acroyoga: Reconnect with your playful side in this blend of acrobatic and yoga! Perfect for beginners learning skills or experienced folks refining fundamentals.

Bootcamp: Mid to high weight exercises combined with intervals, strength, & core training. It’s a high calorie burning class and is designed to push you to the max.

Cardio Circuit: Get Ready to sweat and torch calories in this high-energy cardio circuit! We'll combine heart-pumping exercises with short rest periods to keep your metabolism revved up and improve your endurance.

Contemporary Dance: Hit the dance floor with contemporary dance! Learn fundamentals from ballet, jazz, and modern styles while expressing yourself through movement.

Cardio Drumming (Sticks): STICKS is an hour long heart pounding cardio drumming workout using stability balls and drums sticks that'll make you feel like a total rockstar. This class really is a BLAST and the intensity level can be easily modified to meet your needs.

Circuit: A fast-paced workout that combines strength exercises in a sequence with minimal rest. Suitable for all fitness levels, it boosts overall fitness and endurance. 

Core Essence: Discover the power of your core with our 45 minute class designed to enhance functional core strength and full body toning. Using light weight, this class focuses on improving posture and increasing overall strength. Perfect of any fitness level. 

Core, Glutes, & More: This 30 minutes Abs and Glutes class is sure to set you on fire! Incorporating weights and bands, with a variety of standing and laying down exercise counted out to your favorite songs to help motivate you.

Fit Family Fridays: A workout for the whole family with exercise, games, team challenges as a family.

Flex & Stretch: Flex & Stretch is a great way to start your day! This class focuses on mobility and preparing your body for the day with slow stretches and exercises to work your muscles.

Full Body: This class includes cardio exercise, body weight exercises and finishes with core training and stretching for a complete workout.

Functional 40's: A low impact circuit class focused on strength, balance, and cardio - all in 40-second intervals. Each station features functional movements that support everyday activities, helping you move better, feel stronger, and stay energized. 

Gloves: Participants will wrap hands, don gloves, and go 10 rounds in this hour long heavy boxing bag class. You will learn basic punches, combinations, and drills while improving your cardio endurance, building strength and gaining confidence in a fun group setting. Bags must be reserved in advance, equipment is provided.

Intro to Dance (Youth): This class introduces young dancers to Ballet and Jazz fundamentals in a supportive, high-energy environment. Kids ages 6–13 will grow in coordination, rhythm, and confidence through easy routines and movement games.

Joint Health & Mobility: This class boosts joint health, stability, and mobility through low-impact movements, controlled resistance, and strength training. This class supports the knees, hips, and back to reduce pain and promote long-term activity.

Kettlebells: Strength and functional training meet cardiovascular fitness. Workout will include compound exercises with a kettlebell set in a quick paced Tabata format. The goal is to increase strength and improve mobility. 

Kettlebells 30: Strength training that is straight to the point. Intervals are the format, kettlebells are the medium. Participants will practice a variety of compound exercises to maximize their time. 30 minutes is all you will need for this dynamic workout.

Latin Dance: Shimmy and shake your booty to a Latin beat! Easy to follow, calorie burning dance moves.

Line Dancing: Perfect for all levels this class guarantees a fun workout while learning some classic line dances mixed in with some originals set to fun music.

Pilates: A low-impact exercise that focuses on strengthening muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. This class is designed to support overall body strength and balance.

Pilates Express: Efficient, dynamic workouts blending core strength, flexibility, and faster-paced movements. Perfect for busy schedules, it delivers comprehensive toning and revitalization in less time. 

Power Sculpt: Get ready to sweat, tone, and feel the burn in our Power Sculpt class! This high-energy workout seamlessly blends heart-pumping aerobics with targeted strength exercises. Whether you’re a fitness enthusiast or a beginner, Power Sculpt can be tailored to your level of intensity.

Pound: A 45 minute group fitness class that combines cardio, strength training and Pilates with drumming to achieve a full body workout.

SilverSneakers: Increase endurance, strength, range of movement & balance to support daily living activities. Chair available for seated or standing support.

SilverSneakers Boom: Dance Inspired workout to challenge cardio fitness with easy to follow moves.

Silver Sneakers Circuit: A standing class that alternates upper-body strength work with low-impact cardio to maximize fitness benefits.

SilverSneakers Classic: Increase endurance, strength, range of movement & balance to support daily living activities. Chair available for seated or standing support. 

SilverSneakers Stability: Get stronger and improve your balance through exercises that strengthen the ankle, knee, and hip joints, all in a fun and social setting. This class is designed specifically to help prevent falls.

Silver Sneakers Yoga: This class will move your whole body through a complete range of motion. Chair support is offered.

Standing or Seated Sticks: This class is an hour-long cardio drumming workout using stability balls and drumsticks that'll make you feel like a total rockstar. You can choose to do the workout standing or seated in a chair, making it easily adaptable to your comfort and fitness level. This class really is a BLAST, and the intensity can be modified to meet your needs.

Steps Express: This is a fast paced, dance inspired step aerobics class that will get your heart pumping and your body moving to the beat! Steps can be raised or lowered by adding or removing risers to meet participants needs. Get your 30 minutes of vigorous daily cardio right here and have a little fun with it!

Sticks: This high-energy, heart pounding cardio drumming workout using stability balls and drumsticks that will make you feel like a total rockstar. This class really is a BLAST and the intensity level can be easily modified to meet your needs.

URBANKICK: A dynamic workout format that blends cardio kickboxing with sports conditioning and HIIT Training, incor-porating steady-state cardio, metabolic drills, and functional bodyweight strength training for a total-body workout.

Water Classes

Aqua Power: Mid to high Class is about an hour long and consists of 30 minutes of cardio, including intervals to pump up your heart rate, resistance training and abs utilizing pool noodles, and a good stretch at the end. Aqua-Power is designed to be challenging but can easily be dialed back to meet your needs. Come make a splash with us!

Water Fitness: Low-intensity, no-impact class that is invigorating, energetic and FUN! Water shoes recommended.

Group Cycling

Group Cycling: Ride on one of our state-of-the-art stationary bikes. This class will improve cardiovascular endurance, tone up the legs and bum, all while improving overall fitness.

Yoga

SilverSneakers Yoga: This class will move your whole body through a complete range of motion. Chair support is offered.

Yoga: This class will incorporate all three aspects of physical fitness: cardio, strength and stretching into one invigorating session..

Additional Programs:

Open Pickleball: players of all levels can drop in, play, and improve their game in a fun, social setting. Whether you're new to the sport or looking to sharpen your skills, this class is a great way to stay active and connect with others.

Swim Team Dryland: This program is for swim team members only.

Premium Class - This is a paid program.

Full Body Suspension: This class is a 4 week, 8 sessions program designed at a beginner level. This class includes body weight exercises with suspension ropes and finishes with core training and stretching for a complete workout Check with the front desk or instructor for pricing.

8 Week Spring Into Fitness Challenge: This 8 week program is designed to help you achieve your health and fitness goals through HUT Style and progressive overload workouts. You'll have the opportunity to work with a certified nutrition coach and personal trainer. Beginning March 29th - May 17th. Check with the front desk or instructor for pricing.

Summer Camp Program: This program is for participants enrolled in our summer camp. Campers will be divided into three groups, rotating through different activities in 30-minute increments on Wednesdays and Fridays, from June 4 to August 6.
